probateThe legal system in North Cyprus is mainly based on the same principles as those applicable in the United Kingdom and all statutes regulating business matters and procedures are essentially similar to English Law. Most members of the Cyprus judiciary and many leading lawyers are UK and overseas trained lawyers. You can find that most laws are translated into English and are adopted from the English Law.
Wills & SuccessionsOur litigation and dispute resolution teams strive to resolve the issues you face as quickly and cost effectively as possible. We cover a broad range of specialisms including commercial litigation, contract disputes, real estate and construction, insurance, fraud, medical negligence, professional negligence, administrative, tourism, lending and banking disputes. We tailor our approach to suit you. Sometimes this will mean fighting on your behalf through the courts, often it will mean helping you with negotiations and correspondence. Where appropriate, we combine the two approaches to ensure the most effective strategy is used.
